Children In Need – The Great Spotacular!

Some of Our Spots!

Some of Our Spots!

Today, Friday 18th November, is Children in Need Day. This year we all decided to wear something spotty to school and bring £1 as a contribution towards this amazing charity. We hope to raise hundreds of pounds today.

Mr Searle dressed as a Dalmatian from ‘101 Dalmatians’ and told the story of how the young Dalmatian puppies were really in need, but with the help of lots of other dogs, they returned back home to a happy life.

Like those puppies in the story, we want all children to be happy, and live safe and loving lives. We know our money will go towards helping Children in Need for years to come.

We only hope that one day, we never need to give money for Children in Need, because there will be no children who need our help.

In the meantime, we can announce that as a direct result of all our combined efforts, we have raised the magnificent total of……. £476.44
Hurray!!!!

Our Nursery children have been joining in the fun by making biscuits today.  They have also been learning some new songs by the look of it!
